This is an important village on the east coast of Sardinia near the Tuttavista mountain. It has ancient
origins and was sacked many times by the Saracens. This village has remarkable churches and the ruins of a
Nuragic Village. In the surrounding area it is possible to admire the Church of the Madonna del Rimedio
where
a characteristic festival in traditional costumes takes place every year. Along its coasts it is possible to
admire very beautiful views among which there is Cala Liberotto which is situated on a evocative stretch

of small beaches and inlets.
